  新能源新质料矿产是指受“碳中和、碳排放”政策影响，陪同能源结构转型和风电、光伏、水电、新能源汽车工业等新兴工业蓬勃生长，市场需求大幅增添的有色、小金属矿产和其他矿产物种。在“双碳”政策和能源清静的恒久战略以及“十四五”新能源工业生长妄想的指导下，新能源行业现在处在一个高速生长的起源。2022年以来，玉龙股份牢牢围绕“十四五”战略妄想和高质量生长要求，重点推进新能源新质料矿产项目落地，收购陕西山金67%股权，取得陕西省商南县楼房沟钒矿项目采矿权；出资500万澳元认购催腾矿业定向增发股票，成为催腾公司第二大股东，公司“双轮驱动”战略实现落地突破。

New energy and new material minerals refer to non-ferrous and small metal minerals and other mineral varieties that are affected by the policy of “carbon neutrality and carbon emission”, accompanied by the transformation of energy structure and the vigorous development of emerging industries such as wind power, photovoltaics, hydropower and new energy vehicle, and the market demand has increased significantly. Under the guidance of the policy, the long-term strategy of energy security and the development plan of new energy industry in the 14th Five-Year Plan, the new energy industry is at the beginning of a rapid development. Since 2022, Yulong Gold has firmly focused on the "14th Five-Year Plan" strategic plan and high-quality development requirements and concentrated on promoting the achievements of new energy and new materials mineral projects. Yulong Gold has acquired 67% equity of Shanxi Shanjin and obtained the mining right of Loufanggou Vanadium Mine project in Shangnan County, Shanxi Province. Also, Yulong Gold has invested 5 million Australian dollars to subscribe for the private placement of equity of Triton Minerals, becoming the second largest shareholder of Triton, and Yulong Gold's "two-wheel drive" strategy has achieved a breakthrough.

Vanadium Mine Project

  2022年12月，公司以现金方式收购陕西山金67%的股权，以此取得陕西省商南县楼房沟钒矿项目采矿权。2023年3月，陕西山金67%股权完成过户挂号手续，并取得由陕西省自然资源厅揭晓的商南县楼房沟钒矿项目《采矿允许证》。公司迅速组建项目团队，陆续开展了项目可研陈诉、采矿项目立项申请陈诉、土地预审、项目清静专篇设计、采矿项目环评延续等方面的事情。

In December 2022, Yulong Gold acquired 67% equity of Shaanxi Shanjin in cash, to obtain the mining right of Loufanggou Vanadium Mine project in Shangnan County, Shaanxi Province. In March 2023, 67% equity of Shaanxi Shanjin completed the transfer registration procedures, and Yulong Gold obtained the Mining License of Loufanggou Vanadium Mine project in Shangnan County issued by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Natural Resources. Yulong Gold quickly set up a project team, and successively carried out the project feasibility report, mining project application report, land prequalification, project safety design, mining project EIA continuation and other work.

钒矿项目妄想图

  楼房沟钒矿项目位于陕西省商南县城西南，矿区面积2.513平方公里，年生产规模66万吨，矿石量4610.3万吨，五氧化二钒资源量50万吨，平均品位1.08%。投产后预计将实现年产五氧化二钒4700吨。矿区周边存在多个钒矿探、采矿权，整合优势突出，资源远景可观。五氧化二钒主要用于钢铁、冶金、军工及航空航天领域，是生产全钒液流电池的主要原质料。公司已与大连融科储能集团签署《战略相助协议》，将围绕海内外钒矿资源投资与开发、钒产物采购、全钒液流储能市场开拓和客户开发结构开展相助。

Loufanggou Vanadium Mine is in the southwest of Shangnan County, Shaanxi Province. The mining area is 2.513 square kilometers, the annual production scale is 660,000 tons, the ore amount is 46.103 million tons, the vanadium pentoxide resource amount is 500,000 tons, and the average grade is 1.08%. It is estimated that the annual output of vanadium pentoxide will reach 4700 tons after it is put into production. There are multiple vanadium mining rights around the mining area, with outstanding integration advantages and considerable resource prospects. Vanadium pentoxide is mainly used in iron and steel, metallurgy, military, and aerospace fields, and is the main raw material for the production of all-vanadium liquid flow batteries. Yulong Gold has signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Dalian Rongke and will cooperate with Dalian Rongke on the investment and development of domestic and foreign vanadium mining resources, vanadium product procurement, all-vanadium liquid flow energy storage market development and customer development layout.

石墨项目

  Graphite Project  

  2023年上半年，公司出资500万澳元入股澳交所上市公司催腾矿业，玉龙股份成为催腾矿业的第二大股东，持股比例 11.44%，实现了公司在非洲新能源矿产项目零的突破。

In the first half of 2023, Yulong Gold invested 5 million Australian dollars in Triton Minerals, a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, and Yulong Gold became the second largest shareholder of Triton, with a shareholding ratio of 11.44%, achieving a breakthrough in the company's new energy mineral projects in Africa.

催腾石墨项目妄想图

  催腾矿业持有的安夸贝石墨矿项目（Ancuabe Project）位于非洲莫桑比克德尔加杜角。笄婊102.74平方公里，拥有切合JORC尺度的石墨矿资源量约4,610万吨，资源量4,610万吨，平均牢靠碳品位6.6%。该项目为大型及超大型鳞片状石墨矿，有相邻的三个矿权组成，资源开发远景可观，矿产资源被普遍应用于锂离子电池负极质料以及生产膨胀石墨等耐侵蚀、耐磨和节能质料。现在，公司已与莫桑比克政府、催腾矿业主要股东就石墨矿项目未来建设告竣一致，将施展自身优势协助当地政府和催腾矿业配合推动项目建设投产，力争在“石墨新质料工业链”新生长理念中寻找机缘、拓展优势，切实打好石墨新质料工业生长组合拳，奋力走出转型生长新路子。

Ancuabe Project held by Triton Minerals, is in Cabo Delgado province, Mozambique, Africa. The mining area is 102.74 square kilometers, the resource amount is 46.1 million tons, and the average fixed carbon grade is 6.6%. The project is a large and super large scaled graphite mine, consisting of three adjacent mining rights, with considerable prospects for resource development. The mineral resources are widely used in lithium-ion battery negative electrode materials and the production of expanded graphite and other corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and energy-saving materials. At present, Yulong Gold has reached an agreement with the Mozambican government and major shareholders of Triton Minerals on the future construction of the graphite mine project. Also, Yulong Gold will give full play to its own advantages to assist the local government and Triton Minerals to jointly promote the project construction, strive to find opportunities and expand advantages in the new development concept of "graphite new material industry chain", effectively lay a good combination of graphite new material industry development, and finally try to open up a new path of transformation and development.
